Our warranty covers six months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect during the lifetime of the original owner/purchaser. Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the product itself. If manufacturing defect appears within six months of the date of purchase and if you are the original owner, you can initiate your warranty. Our warranty only applies to the products purchased from us. Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects which typically appear within a few weeks of purchase. Our warranty does not cover defects or damage from normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return or replace the bag.
Return Policy (Immediate Returns within 30 days):
Manufacturer Defect or Damaged Bag: If the cooler bag is damaged or defective upon arrival, pictures of damaged or defective cooler bag will be required before returns or exchanges are accepted. Our warranty only covers if you purchase the bags from us. Replacements/Refund will be done after pictures are received and damaged cooler bag returned.
